Processing Time
All orders are carefully packed and processed within 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a notification as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Real-Time Tracking
For your peace of mind, we provide tracking for all orders, regardless of the shipping courier or destination. As soon as your label is created, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can follow your leather's journey.

Standard Air Mail (Worldwide - Except USA)
Weight Limit: Up to 2 kg.
Delivery Time: 1 to 3 weeks.
Best For: Small panels, tools, or lightweight orders.
Express Courier (FedEx / DHL / DPD)
Weight Limit: Up to 50 kg.
Delivery Time: Fast, fully-tracked service.
Note: This is the recommended option for half-shoulders or bulk orders.
United States Customers
Currently, all deliveries to the US are handled exclusively via FedEx or DHL to ensure the most secure transit.

Our Policy
14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Original Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original, unused condition.
Leather: Must not be cut, marked, skived, or altered.
Hardware/Tools: Must be in original packaging.
Sale Items: Please note that all items purchased on sale or from our "Clearance" section are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service.
Lost Parcels & Delivery Guarantees
We take full responsibility for your order until it reaches your workbench.
Full Refunds for Lost Items: If your parcel is lost in transit, it is fully refundable.
The 30-Day Window: A parcel is officially considered "lost" if it has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date. If this window passes, please contact us immediately for a full refund or a replacement (subject to stock availability).
How to Start a Return
Contact Us: Email us with your order number and the reason for the return.
Pack Securely: Ensure leather is rolled (never folded) to prevent creasing.
Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original method of payment.
Important Notes for Leathercraft
Natural Characteristics: Leather is a natural material. Minor healed scars, insect bites, or slight grain variations are proof of the leather's authenticity and are not considered defects.
Color Accuracy: Due to screen calibrations and the nature of small-batch tanning, slight color variations may occur between the screen and the physical hide.

If you are ordering on behalf of a VAT-registered business within the EU, we are happy to issue a 0% VAT (Reverse Charge) invoice for your supplies.
Because our standard checkout cannot automatically deduct VAT, we process all B2B orders manually to ensure your tax documentation is perfectly accurate.
